Efficient Group: JSE-listed financial services group

Task: Develop product names, visual identities and overall brand architecture for the group and its divisions.

Method: Conduct workshops with the executive and divisional heads to understand the group’s overall market differentiators and consequent positioning. Develop overall strategy for the group in order to create an appropriate brand architecture.

Output: 1. Develop a new identity and positioning for the Group.
2. Develop sub-identities for specific financial products as well as group divisions to increase brand efficiencies.
3. Develop a visual language for the group as well as for each of its divisions.
4. Execute all marketing collateral for each of the above.
